Christian handles a wide variety of civil litigation cases, and has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice claims. He has successfully litigated numerous cases in various Virginia general district and circuit courts in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, construction disputes, and contract disputes. He has tried both jury and bench trials, and has conducted many mediations and negotiations successfully on behalf of clients. He has helped his clients obtain multiple six and seven figure verdicts and settlements through diligent representation and advocacy. Christian also works with churches and assists them through the incorporation process and with developing and implementing sound policies and procedures. He has spoken at churches and events on legal issues affecting church ministry.
